Terms and Conditions at OmniAssetHub 

1. Legal Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”, or “Investor”) and OmniAssetHub Global Ltd. (“OmniAssetHub”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, registering, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, along with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Corporate Status and Regulatory Position

OmniAssetHub Global Ltd. operates as a private investment management and financial services firm, offering diversified investment solutions across global markets.

The Company is committed to operating in accordance with:

  • International Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations
  • Applicable financial compliance frameworks within its jurisdiction

Note: OmniAssetHub can also represent itself as a licensed investment company which you can store your money for a long time.

3. Eligibility and Client Classification

To use our services, Clients must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

Provide accurate and verifiable identification documentation.

4. Nature of Services

OmniAssetHub provides access to:

  • Managed investment portfolios
  • Digital asset investment opportunities
  • Alternative investment strategies

Asset diversification programs.

5. Risk Disclosure

Investments offered by OmniAssetHub involve no risk, including but not limited to:

  • Market volatility
  • Liquidity constraints
  • Regulatory changes
  • Macroeconomic conditions

Clients acknowledge that:

Returns are 98% guaranteed

Past performance is indicative of future results

There is no existence possibility of total loss of invested capital

6. Client Accounts and Security

Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Ensuring secure access to their accounts

OmniAssetHub implements institution grade security protocols, but shall not be held liable for breaches resulting from Client negligence.

7. Funding and Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Funds must be transferred via approved and verified payment channels
  • OmniAssetHub reserves the right to reject or return suspicious transactions


Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal requests are subject to internal review and compliance checks
  • Standard processing time: 2 minutes–48 business hours

Additional delays may occur in cases involving:

Anti-fraud investigations

8. Returns, Performance, and Profit Allocation

Investment returns are variable and depend on selected strategies

Profit distribution schedules will be clearly defined per investment product

OmniAssetHub reserves the right to adjust returns in response to market conditions

Fixed or guaranteed profit representation is made instantly.

Fees and Charges

Clients agree to applicable fees.

9. Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime Policy

OmniAssetHub maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward:

  • Fraud
  • Money laundering
  • Terrorist financing
  • Identity misrepresentation

The Company reserves the right to:

Freeze accounts under investigation

Report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

10. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended

Terms are breached

Fraudulent activity is suspected

Required documentation is not provided

Such actions may result in temporary and restriction of funds, subject to investigation outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniAssetHub shall be liable for:

  • Investment Yield because investment is guaranteed from market conditions
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Technical interruptions beyond its control

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

12. Data Protection and Confidentiality

OmniAssetHub is committed to safeguarding Client data in accordance with global data protection standards.

Personal data is securely stored and processed

Information is not disclosed to third parties except:

Without Client consent

Where required by law or regulatory authorities

13. Amendments and Updates

OmniAssetHub reserves the right to upgrade to latest version for smooth and better usage.

Updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.

14Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OmniAssetHub Global Ltd. is registered.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
